- Your expense records, trip information, and other data are stored locally on your device first
- After logging in, data syncs to cloud servers for backup
- Photo data is stored locally; cloud sync is optional and controlled by you

- Data is stored on cloud servers located in mainland China
- When using services overseas, data may be transferred to servers in corresponding regions
3.3 Retention Period
- We retain your information for as long as you use our services
- After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Trip Members: Members you invite to a trip can see your expense records within that trip
- Service Providers: Map services, exchange rate data providers, etc., receiving only necessary technical data
