Welcome to Travel Keeper

This User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the Travel Keeper team (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our") regarding the use of the Travel Keeper app and related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.

1. Account Registration and Use

  • You need to register with a valid email address
  • Each user is limited to one account
  • You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password

2. Data Ownership

  • All data you record in the App (trips, expenses, photos, etc.) belongs to you
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • Data is stored locally on your device by default, with cloud backup sync support

3. Usage Guidelines

  • Do not violate applicable laws and regulations
  • Do not infringe upon the legitimate rights of others
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
  • Do not use the App for any commercial fraud

4. Intellectual Property

  • The App's software, interface design, icons, and copy are protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission

5. Disclaimers

  • We strive to provide stable and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • In-app exchange rate data is sourced from third-party providers and is for reference only
  • In-app location tagging is based on GPS and accuracy is affected by device and environmental factors
