Invite Members to Your Trip
On the trip detail page, tap "Member Management" β "Invite Members." You can invite via:
- π Share Link β Generate an invite link to send to companions
- π± Scan QR Code β Companions scan the QR code to join directly
Invitees open the link in a browser, which redirects to the Travel Keeper app to complete joining.
Member Permissions
Each member can have different permission levels:
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Manage trip settings, invite/remove members, delete trip |
| Editor | View trip, add and edit their own expenses |
| Viewer | View-only access to trip and ledger |
Owners can adjust permissions at any time in Member Management.
Shared Ledger
All members' expenses are consolidated in one shared ledger. Everyone can see who spent what, maintaining full transparency.
When the trip ends, Travel Keeper automatically calculates how much each person owes or is owed β settle up in one tap.
