Reset Password
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Enter your email address on the login page
- Tap "Continue"
- Tap "Forgot password?"
- A verification code will be sent to your email
- Enter the code you received
- Set a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Tap "Reset Password"
Didn't Receive the Code?
If the verification code doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait 1-2 minutes and tap "Resend"
- If you still don't receive it, contact support@lvji.com
After Resetting
Once your password is successfully reset:
- You'll be automatically logged in to the app
- Login sessions on other devices will expire — you'll need to log in again
- We recommend storing your new password in a secure location
💡 Tip: If you've also lost access to your email, contact customer support with identity verification information to recover your account.
