What to Do If You Forgot Your Password

Reset Password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your email address on the login page
  2. Tap "Continue"
  3. Tap "Forgot password?"
  4. A verification code will be sent to your email
  5. Enter the code you received
  6. Set a new password
  7. Confirm the new password
  8. Tap "Reset Password"

Didn't Receive the Code?

If the verification code doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait 1-2 minutes and tap "Resend"
  • If you still don't receive it, contact support@lvji.com

After Resetting

Once your password is successfully reset:

  • You'll be automatically logged in to the app
  • Login sessions on other devices will expire — you'll need to log in again
  • We recommend storing your new password in a secure location

💡 Tip: If you've also lost access to your email, contact customer support with identity verification information to recover your account.
