Inviting Members
When traveling with a group, you can invite companions to track expenses together. Tap the "Invite" button on the trip detail page:
Option 1: Share Link
- Tap "Copy Link" to generate an invite link
- Send it via WeChat, SMS, or any messaging app
- Companions open the link, which redirects to the Travel Keeper join page
- After logging in or signing up, they join the trip
Option 2: QR Code
- Tap "Show QR Code" to display the trip QR code
- Have companions scan it with WeChat or the Travel Keeper app
- Scanning takes them directly to the join page
Link Expiration
Invite links are valid for 7 days by default. If a link expires, simply generate a new one.
Member Limit
A single trip supports up to 20 members — enough for most travel scenarios.
💡 Tip: You can set a default permission when inviting. You can always adjust individual permissions later in Member Management.
