Attach Receipt Photos
When logging an expense, tap the "Camera" button to attach a photo. Two options are available:
- πΈ Take Photo β Snap a picture of the receipt, bill, or item directly
- πΌοΈ Gallery β Choose an existing photo from your phone's gallery
Why Attach Photos?
Attached photos are useful for:
- Reliving memories: Each expense has a corresponding photo, making trip recaps more vivid
- Verifying expenses: Not sure about a charge? Check the photo to jog your memory
- Reimbursement: Business travelers can export expense records with photos for reimbursement
Photo Storage
Photos are stored locally on your device and don't take up much space. If cloud sync is enabled for the trip, photos are synced to the cloud as well β safe even if you switch devices.
Viewing Photos
In the ledger list, expense records with photos show a thumbnail. Tap the record to view the full-size image.
π‘ Tip: You don't have to photograph just receipts β food, landmarks, or purchased items make great mementos too.
